Our expertise in fermentation and collected metabolic data may be supplemented by a very applied modeling approach. NeoBioSys proposes to develop a simple model of the bioreactor from the stoichiometry and reaction kinetics in order to achieve an in silico simulation for monitoring culture variables (biomass, metabolites, substrates concentrations, ... ) and anticipation of variations due to parameter changes (agitation, aeration, volume, type of substrate, ...).
